Theodare’s Success Story My name is Theodare Mutambirankia from Zimbambwe. I am a young lady aged 24 I studied Food Service course with Jobstart Training Centre, but before I came to Jobstart my life was very miserable I was staying at home with my mother she was the one doing everything for me but still we could not afford much and imagine how it is with some people from Zimbambwe I had a life like that too. My cousin told me about Jobstart and I came and studied with them for 6 weeks then they sent me to President Hotel for my on-site service I never thought that jobstart would sent me to such a big place. Honestly I wouldn't have done that alone, I did my on-site and soon as I finished the Manager told me I was going to be registered with HBR because they had been told not to employ more staff later on the Manager came back and told me that he was impressed with my work and he told me that I was going to be promoted to a hostess from being a waitress. Now I am permanent hostess working for the President Hotel. I thank the Lord for Jobstart people, I wouldn't have done it alone I wouldnt have even walked in that kind of place all by myself. Thank you Jobstart people God Bless You!!! since life was very difficult for my mother and me now I am also helping with the bills at home my transport fees and also sending money to my other family members in Zimbabwe. Buying toiletries for myself as a lady was a problem too but now I am actually the bread winner for my family, really Jobstart opened the doors that werw closed I am now an indipendent woman.
